Discovering and living by your values is a core part of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) because it provides a sense of direction, purpose, and meaning in life. When you understand what's truly important to you, you can make choices and take actions that align with those values, leading to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
