My approach with clients is a unique “blend” of virtual instruction and counseling. I do this by offering related e-learning content to review prior to or in between sessions.

As a certified Instructional Designer and board member with the Association for Talent Development, I create learning experiences related to career advancement topics.

Courses are currenty in development and will vary in length (microlearning to full curriculum), complexity and cost. Most are self-paced but some will be instructor-led (live).

My education includes a Master’s degree (M.S.) in Counseling plus an Education Specialist degree (Ed.S.) in Career Counseling from Florida State University (2005).

In addition, I hold the Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) credential, a certification in Executive Coaching and a graduate-level certification in Instruction Design & Technology.

I have been practicing as a Career Counselor and Coach for 18 years. My approach is based upon theories and techniques from both counseling and coaching.

Regular career counseling sessions are 55 minutes in length and are sold in packages of 3, 6 and 8 sessions. This also applies to webinars when purchased for groups. Depending on the package you select, the cost of an individual session ranges from $130 to 150 USD. Assessments, if selected, are provided at cost and are billed to the client in addition to the price of the package.

e-Learning courses are priced individually. Payment is due at time of purchase.

Yes, I’m happy to meet local clients in person (with some limitations for distance, privacy and personal safety). This also applies to group presentations (webinars). Please contact me to discuss the details.

The purpose of the free consultation is so that you can decide if we are a good “fit”. You may have some questions and/or concerns before committing time and finances to the coaching process and that is completely understandable. I want you to feel confident that you are making the right choice by hiring me as your Career Counselor and will address all questions or concerns with openness and professional integrity.

During the initial consultation, you will be doing most of the talking! I may ask you several questions about your present state, and also where you would “like to be”. The space in between is what is referred to as “the gap”. My role in this process is to assist you in closing that gap using your assets and strengths.

Based on the information you share with me, I will create an Initial Action Plan in writing and share it with you via email along with several other documents about the coaching process. If you would like to proceed, we will discuss payment options and schedule the first session.
